在今上海市奉贤区南桥镇的二严寺内,立有明代年间的《重建张翁庙碑记》一通,该碑位于该寺西门左边的两棵古银杏树下。碑刻于崇祯五年(1633),高136厘米,宽70厘米,厚21厘米,碑圆首,有浅浮雕式云纹。碑额有铁线篆横书“重建张翁庙碑记”七字,字体修长,峻峭挺拔,高格大方。此碑原嵌于墙壁内,造成该碑碑阴所刻之人名完全粉泐,现将碑取出后,立于新安的方座内,又造成该碑的碑阳每行最下两个字砌入方座水泥中,不能卒读。此外碑文也有几字残缺。
