以铬天青S和阳离子表面活性剂测定铝的方法试验中,由于溴代十六烷基三甲基铵在室温较低时析出沉淀,影响测定,需要加入一定量的乙醇以增加溶解度。我们采用Al~(3+)-CAS-TritonX-100显色体系较使用阳离子表面活性剂(CTMAB,CPB,Zeph等)红移更多,且灵敏度更高。前者△λ为95nm,ε=1.2×10~5,而后者△λ为75nm,ε=1.02×10~5。因此采用非离子表面活性剂三元络合物体系较优越。同时本工作采用王水溶样,以硫脲掩蔽锡青铜中大量铜,氯化铵消除锡的干扰,EDTA-Zn络合掩蔽铁,高达2毫克Pb~(2+),4毫克Zn~(2+)均不干扰测定。以CAS和
