宝钢铁矿石混匀中和工艺,经过五年探索实践,基本掌握了此项新技术,取得良好的效果。烧结矿成分σ_(SiO_2)=0.087, 基本上达到日本厂家的水平。但是波动还很大,混匀堆积作业率也偏低,难以适应2高炉阶段生产的需要。本文在总结投产以来混匀作业实绩基础上,对来矿、化检验、操作技术、管理等方面提出了改善途径。
Baosteel Iron ore mixing and neutralization process, after five years of exploration and practice, the basic mastery of this new technology, and achieved good results. Sinter composition σ_ (SiO_2) = 0.087, basically to the level of Japanese manufacturers. But the volatility is still great, mixing and stacking operation rate is too low, it is difficult to adapt to the needs of the blast furnace stage of production. On the basis of summarizing the actual results of blending operation since put into production, this paper puts forward some improvement ways to mine, chemical testing, operation technology and management.
