现代城市人尤其是上班一族,整天营营役役,忙于工作,忙于酬酢,弄得日常作息时间混乱,既没有足够休息,而适量的运动及健康饮食习惯更是欠奉。久而久之,就造成身体容易疲劳,常常出现无精打彩、习惯性头痛等等所谓“办公室症侯群”、更甚者会产生记忆力衰退和神经衰弱。与此同时,由于市场竞争加剧,上班族人人口边又都挂着要“自我增值、提高实力”以求在职场上保住饭碗、或再上层楼。但正所谓一分耕耘、一分收获;没有好的健康,即使拼命用外加的方法去作所谓自我增值,也徒然事倍功半,甚或是得不偿失。正如一个学了十八般武艺的人,假如记忆
