目的:临床观察丁苯酞治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法:对63例脑梗死患者进行丁苯酞治疗,并以63例随机对照。结果:治疗组总有效率93.7%,对照组总有效率79.4%,两者比较,差异有极显著性(P<0.01)。结论:丁苯酞软胶囊治疗急性脑梗死疗效肯定。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of butylphthalide on cerebral infarction. Methods: Sixty-three patients with cerebral infarction were treated with butylphthalide, and 63 patients were randomized. Results: The total effective rate was 93.7% in the treatment group and 79.4% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Butylphthalide Soft Capsule for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is sure.
