目的研究腮腺肿瘤患者腮腺液、全唾液及血清中糖类抗原CA-50含量及其临床意义。方法对30名正常人(对照组);腮腺非肿瘤组15例;腮腺良性肿瘤组22例;腮腺恶性肿瘤组27例,进行腮腺液、全唾液及血清中CA50含量的测定。结果正常人血清、全唾液和腮腺液CA50值分别为:802±48u/m1、57±61u/m1、781±42u/m1。全唾液CA50值,恶性肿瘤组及患侧腮腺液CA50明显高于其他各组(P<001),恶性组全唾液CA50阳性率达965%(26/27),患侧腮腺液阳性率为926%(25/27)。结论全唾液或腮腺液CA50含量测定对腮腺良、恶性肿瘤的鉴别具有较高参考价值,方法简例、无损伤,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the content and clinical significance of carbohydrate antigen CA-50 in salivary gland salivary glands, saliva and serum. Methods A total of 30 normal controls (control group), 15 non-neoplastic tumors, 22 benign tumors, and 27 parotid malignant tumors were used to determine CA50 in salivary glands, saliva, and serum. Results The serum CA50 values of normal, whole saliva and salivary glands were 802±48u/m1, 57±61u/m1, and 781±42u/m1, respectively. CA50 value of saliva, malignant tumor group, and CA50 of parotid gland fluid in the affected side were significantly higher than those in other groups (P<001). The positive rate of CA50 in the malignant saliva was 965% (26/27), and the parotid gland fluid in the affected side. The positive rate was 92.6% (25/27). Conclusion The determination of CA50 in saliva or salivary gland fluid has high reference value for the differentiation of benign and malignant salivary gland tumors. The method is simple and non-invasive. It is worthy of popularization and application.
