本实验采用单次气管内注入平阳霉素复制大鼠弥漫性肺间质纤维化（ＩＰＦ）模型。并观察了腹腔内注入当归、ＶＥ注射液对平阳霉素所致弥漫性肺间质纤维化不同时期的保护作用。结果表明，当归及ＶＥ对平阳霉素致大鼠ＩＰＦ具有明显的保护作用。
In this experiment, a single intratracheal injection of bleomycin was used to replicate rat model of diffuse pulmonary interstitial fibrosis (IPF). The protective effects of intraperitoneal injection of Angelica sinensis and VE injection on Diffuse Pulmonary Fibrosis caused by Pingyangmycin were observed. The results showed that Angelica and VE had a significant protective effect on IPF induced by pingyangmycin in rats.
