工学结合的人才培养模式是高职院校教育改革的主要模式。工学结合给高职院校英语教师带来了挑战和压力,广大英语教师应该及时改变观念,积极学习,自主发展,努力提高自身水平,以应对高职院校英语教学和社会的更高要求。
The combination of work and study is the main mode of education reform in higher vocational colleges. The combination of work and study has brought challenges and pressures to English teachers in higher vocational colleges. The majority of English teachers should change their concepts in time, actively study and develop independently, and strive to improve themselves to meet the higher demands of English teaching and social development in higher vocational colleges.
