小儿急性阑尾炎发病率较成人低，但临床表现复杂且多不典型，如治疗不当，往往发生较严重的并发症。我院自1993年1月至2003年12月共收治小儿急性阑尾炎105例，现将该病的诊治体会总结并报告如下。
