出血性输卵管炎是妇科急腹症之，因临床表现腹痛、内出血症状酷似异位妊娠、黄体破裂，常被误诊。本病临床上较少见，近年来有上升的趋势。为提高对本病的认识，对我院1994年至2002年收冶的被误诊为异位妊娠、黄体破裂的18例出血性输卵管炎患者的临床资料进行了回顾性分析，现报告如下：
