目的:探讨甲氨蝶呤配伍米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法:将62例患者分成2组:治疗组31例,单肌注甲氨蝶呤50mg/m2加顿服米非司酮600mg,对照组31例,单次注射甲氨蝶呤50mg/m2。结果:治疗组和对照组成功率分别为96.77%和83.87%,2组疗效差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:甲氨蝶呤配伍米非司酮保守治疗异位妊娠成功率高,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of methotrexate in combination with mifepristone in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 62 patients were divided into two groups: treatment group, 31 cases, single intramuscular injection of methotrexate 50mg / m2 Gatton mifepristone 600mg, control group of 31 patients, a single injection of methotrexate 50mg / m2. Results: The success rates of treatment group and control group were 96.77% and 83.87%, respectively. There was significant difference between two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Methotrexate with mifepristone conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy, high success rate, it is worth promoting.
