每年的10月14日是“世界标准日”。要想了解世界标准日,首先就涉及到标准化的问题。随着社会的进步和经济的发展,国际交往日益频繁,世界各国在政治、经济、科技、文化等诸多方面的交流与合作广泛开展,沟通与联系更加密切,迫切需要的就是要建立起在国际范围内,大家都能共同遵守的、相对合理统一标准的规范,这就提出了标准化的问题。特别是近年来,国际贸易和科技文化交流的不断扩大,贸易的全球化和高新技术的迅猛发展,对建立国际标准的需求日益增长,也就是标准的国际化已成为全球普遍发展趋势。世界标准日的目的就是要提高人们对国际标准化重要性的认识,以促进国际标准化工作适应世界范围内各方面的需求,包括各国政府以及广大公众的需要,进而加强我们在一切行为规范中的标准化意识。在第41届“让世界更畅通”世界标准日到来之时,我们期待中国残疾人服务领域标准化工作进入一个崭新的阶段。

The purpose of the World Standards Day is to raise people’s awareness of the importance of international standardization in order to promote international standardization to meet the needs of all parties in the world, including the needs of governments and the general public, and to further strengthen our standardization in all codes of conduct. awareness. At the 41st session of “Making the World More Accessible” World Standards Day, we look forward to a new phase of standardization work in the field of services for disabled people in China.
