由于大众传媒在社会生活中至高无上的作用以及它们带有的倾向性,新闻(传播)的职业道德已成为一个重要问题。在这个领域里的一个极为重要的方面就是政治传播中的职业道德。本文从道德的角度对政治宣传中的主要组成部分予以分析,比如,传播者、受众、大众传媒的功能、政治语言的目的与内容。任何道德的分析必须以宣传法和宣传是基本人权这样一个事实来考虑。本文的结论为,在政治与道德之间难以建立一个积极的联系,与此相同的是,想象把政治传播置于道德控制下也是很难行得通的。
Due to the paramount role of the mass media in social life and the tendencies they have, the ethics of journalism (communication) has become an important issue. An extremely important aspect in this area is the professional ethics of political communication. This article analyzes the major components of political propaganda from a moral point of view, such as communicators, audiences, the functions of mass media, the purpose and content of political language. Any moral analysis must be based on the fact that advocacy law and advocacy are fundamental human rights. The conclusion of this paper is that it is difficult to establish a positive relationship between politics and morality. In the same way, it is very difficult to imagine that political communication should be placed under moral control.
