The sulfur in human hair plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the hair, and the distribution of trace metals in hair may be closely related to the distribution of sulfur. Both chemical analysis methods and electron microscopy histochemical methods have shown that the distribution of sulfur in the hair is not uniform, but the precise distribution of sulfur in different structural layers is not clear. In this paper, sulfur-containing resin as the standard sample, the thick sample ZAF calibration method for the quantitative analysis of normal human hair sulfur in the epidermis, cortex, medulla three-layer content by scanning electron microscopy-X-ray spectrometer, the results And the factors that affect the precision of measurement are discussed.
