刑满释放人员是一个特殊群体,他们在走出监狱、看守所后,都会不同程度地遇到诸多困难和问题。对刑满释放人员进行社会救助,是人道主义精神的体现,也是社会治理创新之举。目前滨海新区乃至天津市尚未建立统一的刑满释放人员社会救助机制,一定程度上影响了司法所对这一特殊群体的监管。现结合滨海新区司法行政工作实际,对建立刑满释放人员社会救助机制进行探讨。刑满释放人员救助管理现状
The release of prisoners is a special group of people who encounter various difficulties and problems to varying degrees after they leave the prisons and detention centers. Social assistance for the release of prisoners is a manifestation of the humanitarian spirit and an innovation in social governance. At present, Binhai New Area and even Tianjin have not yet established a unified social relief mechanism for release of prisoners, which has, to a certain extent, affected the supervision of this special group by the judicial authorities. In combination with the actual situation of judicial administrative work in Binhai New Area, we are going to discuss the establishment of social assistance mechanism for the release of prisoners.
