在轴类、盘类等工件上划线找圆心时。采用的方法很多。最常用的方法是采用划规找圆心,也有借助于自制的中心规划十字线,找出圆心。这些方法,大多效率低,误差大。 本文所介绍的自制中心冲,可直接在工件上找出圆心,并打出样冲孔。其结构如图所示。它主要由一对直尺、一对尺座以及弧形定位板及冲头等组成。
