目的通过对泉州市CDC管理体系质量监督工作内容和存在问题的分析,探索质量监督保证措施,促进疾控机构管理体系的改善和改进。方法统计近5年的质量监督工作频次、覆盖面。结果质量监督工作中监督深度、广度不够;监督记录过于简单,流于形式;缺少系统性和连续性;记录中描述性的多,分析反馈的少。结论要做好质量监督工作应加强管理体系建设,完善质量监督员队伍。

OBJECTIVE Through the analysis of the content and existing problems of quality supervision of CDC management system in Quanzhou, we explore quality assurance measures to promote the improvement and improvement of the management system of CDC. Methods Statistics nearly 5 years of quality supervision frequency, coverage. As a result, the oversight depth and breadth of the quality supervision work were not enough. The supervisory records were too simple and mere formality, lacking in systematicness and continuity, and the descriptive records in the report were few with less analytical feedback. Conclusion To do a good job of quality supervision, we should strengthen the management system construction and improve the quality supervisor team.
