萧县阎集信用社现有职工24人,党员11名,占职工总人数的百分之四十五,经阎集镇党委批准成立了党支部。通过民主选举范主任为支部书记,坐班主任吴明华为支部副书记。回顾91年以前由于东欧剧变,苏联解体,中国大地也出现了信仰危机和马列主义过时论的逆流。作为有三十年党龄的老党员范思茂主任坚持党纲党章的原则,旗帜鲜明地抓好党的思想建设和组织建设。由九一年以前的三名党员发展到现在的十一名党员,处处起先锋模范作用,出现了党内外群策群力发展地方金融,造福一方百姓的良好局面。强化组织机制,增强思想政治工作的穿透力
