目的观察智能化高胰岛素—正常葡萄糖钳夹技术临床应用的可行性。方法对20例试验对象应用智能化葡萄糖钳夹技术行正糖钳夹试验,对其中2例糖耐量异常者(IGT)和1例多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)进行为期6~8个月随诊,各重复2~3次试验。结果 (1)稳态期平均血糖离散值为(0.10±0.06)mmol/L;(2)2例IGT患者3次动态随访稳态葡萄糖利用率(GUR)分别是3.27、4.71、7.13 mg/(kg·min)和3.05、3.5、4.85 mg/(kg·min);1例PCOS患者2次随访GUR为5.0和7.35mg/(kg·min)。结论作为评价胰岛素抵抗的金标准,智能化葡萄糖钳夹技术稳定性较好,钳夹精确性高,临床应用可以动态观察随访患者药物治疗后GUR的变化,了解患者胰岛素抵抗改善情况。
Objective To observe the feasibility of clinical application of intelligent high insulin - normal glucose clamp technique. Methods Twenty patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) and 1 PCOS (6 cases) were treated with positive glucose clamp test by using intelligent glucose clamp technique Clinic, each repeated 2 to 3 tests. Results (1) Mean blood glucose discrepancy at steady state was (0.10 ± 0.06) mmol / L. (2) The steady-state glucose utilization rates (GUR) were 3.27,4.71,7.13 mg / kg · min) and 3.05, 3.5 and 4.85 mg / (kg · min), respectively. One patient with PCOS was followed up for two years with a GUR of 5.0 and 7.35 mg / (kg · min). Conclusion As the gold standard for evaluating insulin resistance, the intelligent glucose clamp technique has good stability and high accuracy of clamping. The clinical application can dynamically observe the changes of GUR after drug treatment in the follow-up patients and understand the improvement of insulin resistance in patients.
