目的:建立保健品复方降脂茶中丹酚酸B的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,ZORBAX SB-C_(18)柱(5μm,4.6×250mm),甲醇∶乙腈∶甲酸∶水(30∶10∶1∶59)为流动相,柱温30℃,286nm检测波长。结果:丹酚酸B在0.432~2.592μg,峰面积与丹酚酸B的质量呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992),平均回收率96.5%,RSD=1.43%(n=6)。结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可作为该制剂的含量测定方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for determination of salvianolic acid B in compound lipid-lowering tea of health care products. Methods: The mobile phase was consisted of ZORBAX SB-C 18 column (5μm, 4.6 × 250mm), methanol: acetonitrile: formic acid: water (30:10:1:59) 286nm detection wavelength. Results: The salvianolic acid B showed a good linearity (r = 0.9992) with an average recovery of 96.5% and RSD = 1.43% (n = 6) in the range of 0.432-2.592μg. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible, and can be used as a method for determination of the content of the preparation.
