目的:建立超高效液相色谱法同时测定不同工艺消瘀接骨散中6个活性成分含量的方法。方法:采用Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C_(18)色谱柱(100mm×2.1mm,1.7μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;PDA检测器;检测波长220nm;柱温30℃;流速0.2mL/min。结果:原儿茶酸、阿魏酸、桂皮醛、丁香酚、胡椒碱和欧前胡素6个活性成分浓度与峰面积的线性关系良好,r值分别为0.9997、0.9996、0.9999、0.9996、0.9999和0.9998;平均加样回收率分别为97.92%、98.20%、96.50%、98.36%、97.46%和98.42%,RSD%分别为1.21、2.16、1.52、3.35、1.33和2.58。结论:该方法稳定可靠、快速易行、重复性好,可用于中药复方制剂消瘀接骨散的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of six active ingredients in Xiaoyu Decoction of different prescriptions by ultra performance liquid chromatography. METHODS: Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C 18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution with gradient elution. The detector was at 220 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Flow rate 0.2 mL / min. Results: The linear relationship between the concentrations of protocatechuic acid, ferulic acid, cinnamaldehyde, eugenol, piperine and imperatorin was good with the peak area, and the r values were 0.9997, 0.9996, 0.9999, 0.9996 and 0.9999, respectively And 0.9998 respectively. The average recoveries were 97.92%, 98.20%, 96.50%, 98.36%, 97.46% and 98.42%, respectively. The RSD% were 1.21, 2.16, 1.52, 3.35, 1.33 and 2.58. Conclusion: The method is stable, reliable, fast and easy to operate with good repeatability and can be used for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription Xiaoyu Decoction.
