本文报告77例甲亢患者血浆 RAAS 与24小时尿 VMA 的测定。发现甲亢患者 PRA、AngⅡ明显高于正常对照组,其升高值与血压、心率及甲亢程度呈正相关。24小时尿 VMA 也有升高,但与对照组无显著差异。关于甲亢患者血浆肾素水平的升高,可能是交感神经刺激或儿茶酚胺的作用。
This article reports 77 cases of hyperthyroidism patients with plasma RAAS and 24-hour urine VMA determination. It was found that patients with hyperthyroidism PRA, Ang Ⅱ was significantly higher than the normal control group, the rise was positively correlated with blood pressure, heart rate and hyperthyroidism. 24-hour urine VMA also increased, but no significant difference with the control group. About hyperthyroidism in patients with elevated levels of plasma renin, may be sympathetic stimulation or catecholamines.
