本文总结我院1978年至1984年确诊的50例SLE资料。其中男性8例;女性42例。平均年龄29.8岁。治疗前平均病程11个月,生存病例最长者已有14年, 50例临床和实验室资料表明,除发热、皮肤损害、关节痛、狼疮性肾炎为主要临床表现外,并累及消化、呼吸、循环及神经系统。本组病例治疗以肾上腺皮质素及免疫抑制剂为主,近期好转者86％,死亡6例。对国内外诊断标准的临床应用作了评价。
