太极拳是我国宝贵的文化遗产之一。它综合、融汇和提炼了祖国源远流长的拳术,如:呼吸法、引导术和经络学说等,而自成一种“内外统一”、“身心兼修”的武术体育运动。经常进行太极拳锻炼,不仅能有效地增强体质,而且对防治疾病也有显著的效果。关于太极拳强身治病的生理与医学基础,有很多医生与体育工作者曾做过不少的研究。本文从中医治病主要法则“扶正祛邪”和“治末病”两方面,再做几点粗浅的分析。
Tai Chi is one of our precious cultural heritage. It integrates, merges and remolds the long-standing martial arts in the motherland, such as breathing method, guiding technique and meridian theory. Regular Tai Chi exercise, not only can effectively enhance physical fitness, but also have a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of diseases. There are many doctors and sports workers who have done quite a lot of research on the physical and medical basis of tai chi physical therapy. This article from the main principles of Chinese medicine treatment “righteousness and remove evil” and “cure end disease” two aspects, do some superficial analysis.
