以往切断金属材料的常用方法,是让剪切工具(角形刃)的上刃和下刃错位对置,把被切断材料夹在中间进行剪切,往往会在材料切断处产生毛刺和塌边。还有一种方法是采用“V”形刃,使上刃和下刃的中心保持一致,两刃同时压入材料进行切断,这种方法的特点是,材料切断后的端部不需倒角,但刀具上下刃稍有错位,毛边即会残余在材料中央部,而使材料完全搭接是很困难的,如图1。
In the past, a common method of cutting a metal material was to place the upper edge and the lower edge of a cutting tool (corner edge) opposite to each other, and to cut the material to be cut therebetween, burrs and collapsing would often occur at the material cutoff.
