电力电缆作为传送电能的通道,是电力系统的重要组成部分,为电力系统的稳定性和可靠性提供保障。然而,电缆在运行过程中,由于受到光照、电场、磁场、热及水分等因素的影响而使其聚合物绝缘材料发生老化,导致材料绝缘性能显著降低,甚至造成整个电力系统的瘫痪和报废。因此,关注电缆绝缘材料的老化现象对保证电气系统安全运行具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。文中综述了电绝缘材料老化的研究现状,深入分析了其老化原因、机理和表现形式,并从机理层面概述了电绝缘材料老化的诊断分析和预防措施。
As a passageway to transmit electric energy, power cable is an important part of power system, which provides guarantee for the stability and reliability of power system. However, due to the influence of light, electric field, magnetic field, heat and moisture during the operation of the cable, the aging of the polymer insulation material leads to a significant decrease of the material insulation performance and even the paralysis and scrapping of the entire power system. Therefore, paying attention to the aging phenomenon of cable insulation material has important theoretical significance and practical value to ensure the safe operation of electrical system. In this paper, the current research status of aging of electrical insulation materials is reviewed. The reasons, mechanism and manifestation of aging are deeply analyzed. And the diagnosis and prevention measures of aging of electrical insulation materials are summarized from the mechanism aspect.
