目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子受体flt-1、bFGFR1、PDGFR在胰腺癌中发生、侵袭、转移中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化方法检测引例胰腺癌及28例癌旁组织中flt-1、bFGFR、PDGFR的表达。分析其表达与胰腺生物学行为的关系及三种因子相互间关系。结果 胰腺癌中flt-1、bFGFR、PDGFR阳性率明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05或P<0.01),它们的高表达与胰腺癌的分化程度、肿瘤的浸润、淋巴及血道转移有密切关系(P<0.05或P<0.01),与肿瘤大小无关;flt-1、bFGFR、PDGFR在胰腺癌中阳性表达呈相互密切关系(P<0.05或P<0.01)。它们之间存在协同或互补作用。结论flt-1、bFGFR、PDGFR的阳性表达可作为胰腺癌生长、转移及预后的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the roles of flt-1, bFGFR1 and PDGFR in the development, invasion and metastasis of pancreatic cancer. Methods The expressions of flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR in pancreatic cancer and 28 cases of paracancerous tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression and the biological behavior of pancreas and the relationship between the three factors were analyzed. Results The positive rates of flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR in pancreatic cancer were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05 or P <0.01). The high expression of flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR correlated with the degree of differentiation of pancreatic cancer, the infiltration of tumor, lymphatic and hematogenous metastasis (P <0.05 or P <0.01), but not with tumor size. The positive expressions of flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR in pancreatic cancer were closely related (P <0.05 or P <0.01). There is synergy or complementarity between them. Conclusion The positive expression of flt-1, bFGFR and PDGFR may be used as an important index for the growth, metastasis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.
