利用Fluent软件研究了大容量超临界压力锅炉屏区受热面沿屏高度方向的吸热不均匀性.结果表明:上炉膛区域分隔屏受热面沿高度方向的吸热不均匀系数大致呈线性分布,与亚临界参数的试验结果和经验公式吻合较好;水平烟道内高温受热面因受到炉膛出口残余旋转的影响,吸热不均匀系数呈非线性分布,吸热最高区域已偏离屏底,位于烟气流速高的位置.
Fluent was used to study the non-uniformity of heat absorption in the heating area of the large-capacity supercritical pressure boiler along the height of the screen.The results show that the non-uniform heat absorption coefficient along the height direction of the heating surface of the upper furnace chamber is roughly linear, The experimental results and empirical formula of the subcritical parameters agree well with each other. The heating surface of the high temperature in the horizontal flue is influenced by the residual rotation of the furnace outlet. The non-uniform heat absorption coefficient is non-linear.
