目的分析主要行为因素与高血压的相关性,提出健康教育重点。方法对门诊就诊的32例高血压患者和30非高血压者,采取统一问卷调查收集其主要行为方式,比较和多因素分析与高血压的相关性。结果对16个可能影响高血压的行为因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析,显示文化程度与高血压患病成负相关,BMI与高血压患病正相关。结论应从限盐减重、合理膳食、适当运动、平衡心理等生活行为方式入手,加强低文化程度、超重和肥胖人群的健康教育。
Objective To analyze the correlation between major behavioral factors and hypertension and put forward the key points of health education. Methods A total of 32 hypertensive patients and 30 non-hypertensive patients in outpatient clinic were recruited to conduct a questionnaire survey to collect the main behavioral patterns and to compare the multivariate analysis with hypertension. Results The multivariate Logistic regression analysis of 16 possible influencing factors of hypertension showed that the educational level was negatively correlated with the prevalence of hypertension and the BMI was positively correlated with the prevalence of hypertension. Conclusions Should be from salt reduction and weight loss, reasonable diet, appropriate exercise, balance and other psychological behavior to start to strengthen the education of people with low education, overweight and obesity.
