6月2日凌晨3时30分,特大暴雨致使桂花泉镇部分地区出现险情。凌晨4时,县委、县政府主要领导在第一时间赶到现场,查看汛情、询问灾情,迅速组织群众抗洪救灾。凌晨6时前,县“四大家”领导均奔赴各自联系的乡镇、村,靠前指挥抗洪抢险。全县12个乡镇村干部和186个“新农村建设工作组”迅速进村入户,疏散转移受困群众。通过干群一心,团结战斗,全县共紧急转移人口21678人,抢救被围困人口2690人。
At 3:30 on June 2, the torrential rain caused some dangerous areas in Guihuaquan town. At 4 a.m., the chief leaders of the county party committee and county government rushed to the scene as soon as possible to see the floods, ask about the disaster and promptly organize flood relief work for the masses. Before 6 o’clock in the morning, all the leaders of the county and the “four major families” went to the villages and towns and villages under their respective contacts to command the flood control and emergency rescue.
