针对气道阻力(Raw),肺顺应性(C_L)等呼吸力学参数的局限性,本文提出了“非容积依赖性呼吸力学参数”概念,并探讨了其测量和估计问题。由分析Raw、C_L对肺容积的依赖关系人手,可导出如下关系式:P=(B/V+A)+Cln(Vmax-V)+D用最小二乘法拟合8名被试者深吸气时食道压力数据可估计出式中的非容积依赖性呼吸力学参数A、B、C、D。其中A、B参数分别反映中心与外周气道的阻力特征,C、D参数反映肺的弹性特征。
In view of the limitation of respiratory mechanics parameters, such as Raw and lung compliance (C_L), this paper proposes the concept of “non-volume dependent respiratory mechanics” and discusses its measurement and estimation. From analyzing the dependence of Raw and C_L on lung volume, we can derive the following relation: P = (B / V + A) + Cln (Vmax-V) + D. Gas pressure esophageal pressure data can be estimated in the formula of non-volume-dependent respiratory mechanics parameters A, B, C, D. The parameters A and B respectively reflect the resistance characteristics of the center and peripheral airways, and the parameters C and D reflect the elastic characteristics of the lung.
