目的探讨活血养阴方药对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用与血浆内皮素(ET)、血清一氧化氮(NO)的关系。方法采用链脲佐菌素复制糖尿病大鼠模型,设活血养阴方药治疗组、糖尿病模型组和正常对照组。饲养12周后,分别采用放射免疫法和硝酸还原法检测大鼠血浆ET和血清NO含量,光镜下观察大鼠肾脏形态学变化,并检测大鼠肾功能生化指标。结果与正常对照组相比,糖尿病模型组大鼠血浆ET[(145.94±28.72)pg/ml]、血清NO[(71.15±6.51)μmol/L]明显升高,肾功能减退,肾脏出现病理性改变。结论活血养阴方药对糖尿病大鼠肾脏具有保护作用,此作用可能与降低糖尿病大鼠血浆ET、血清NO浓度有关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the protective effect of prescriptions for activating blood circulation and nourishing yin on kidneys in diabetic rats and the relationship between plasma endothelin (ET) and serum nitric oxide (NO). METHODS: Streptozotocin was used to replicate the diabetic rat model. The prescription of Huoxue Yangyin Decoction, diabetic model group and normal control group were established. After 12 weeks of feeding, the plasma ET and serum NO levels were measured by radioimmunoassay and nitrate reduction method. Morphological changes of rat kidneys were observed under light microscope, and biochemical indexes of rat kidney function were measured. Results Compared with the normal control group, the plasma ET [(145.94±28.72) pg/ml] and serum NO [(71.15±6.51) μmol/L] were significantly increased in the diabetic model group, renal function was decreased, and the kidneys were pathological. change. Conclusion Huoxue Yangyin Prescription has a protective effect on the kidney of diabetic rats. This effect may be related to the decrease of plasma ET and serum NO concentration in diabetic rats.
