我省是全国纺织工业基地之一。纺织工业年总产值占全省工业总产值的四分之一。而我省每年生产的原棉仅能满足纺织工业的一半,因此,发展我省棉花生产,提高原棉品质,满足纺织工业的要求,对于实现工农业产值翻两番将有举足轻重的作用。一、基本情况我省处于黄河流域棉区西部边缘。棉花生产的季节特点是:前期低温,播期常遇干旱,影响一播全苗和壮苗早发;中期常出现高温伏旱,有碍现蕾结桃;后期阴雨低温,造成烂桃减产。据泾阳县1954—1981年28年气象资料记载,4月上中旬发生干旱频率达
Our province is one of the national textile industrial bases. The annual output value of the textile industry accounts for a quarter of the province’s total industrial output value. However, the annual production of raw cotton in our province can only meet half of the textile industry. Therefore, developing cotton production in our province, improving the quality of raw cotton and meeting the requirements of the textile industry will play a decisive role in quadrupling the industrial and agricultural output value. First, the basic situation of our province in the Yellow River cotton area on the western edge.
