情绪是人们对事物的客观反映,是一种心理现象,随着情况的变化而变化,它的产生需要借助主观评价这一中介。随着学校新体育课程标准的逐步实施和体育心理学研究的深入,已使人们认识到情感因素的重要作用。在体育教学过程中,学生必然有着各种各样的情绪体验,其情绪状态对教学的顺利进行和教学效果有着极其重要的影响。当然,教师自身的情绪状态,也会对学生产生影响,因此教师必须不断提高思想、业务修养,以极饱满的情绪对待教学。
