所谓单位能耗,就是轧制一吨钢所消耗的电能。它的单位是 Ps·h/t。如果其它条件相同,轧制每吨钢所消耗的电能最低,则可认为该轧制制度是最佳的。在连轧带钢轧机上分配各机架的变形量,往往是用合理的分配各机架所承担的单位能耗来完成的。可见,轧制时单位能耗曲线及其数学模型,对制定冷轧带钢压下规程和分析比较在不同轧制条件下轧制的能耗,从而建立最佳的轧制制度,是有重要意义
The so-called unit of energy consumption, is the energy consumed by rolling a ton of steel. Its unit is Ps · h / t. If other conditions are the same, the energy consumed per ton of steel is minimized, the rolling system is considered to be the best. It can be seen that the unit energy consumption curve and its mathematical model during rolling have important significance in setting rules for cold rolling strip reduction and analyzing and comparing the energy consumption of rolling under different rolling conditions so as to establish the optimal rolling system significance
