争光霉素A_6是争光霉素的组分之一。它能够选择性影响小鼠腹水肝癌细胞膜的流动性,而对正常小鼠的肝和骨髓细胞膜没有影响。A_6可使癌变细胞膜类脂由液晶态到液态的相变点降低2℃。当A_6结合持续过热时,可产生协同作用,使癌变细胞膜流动性的速率发生明显的改变。
Stellan A_6 is one of the components of bleomycin. It can selectively affect the fluidity of mouse ascites liver cancer cell membrane, but has no effect on the normal mouse liver and bone marrow cell membrane. A_6 can reduce the transition point of the cancer cell membrane lipid from the liquid crystal state to the liquid state by 2°C. When A_6 is combined with continuous overheating, a synergistic effect can be produced, resulting in a significant change in the rate of cancerous cell membrane fluidity.
