二、豆科植株的全氮与固氮在农田,精确测定豆科植物根瘤固氮量及固氮量同植株全氮量间的关系,应用现有方法尚有一些困难。然而,采用结瘤植株和不结瘤植株的生物学产量或氮量的差减法,对研究这类问题却有一定参考价值。据此,我们进行了试验,并汇集了有关资料,现分述于下。 1.我们以灭菌和不灭菌的瘠薄土壤,用盆栽法种植毛苕,在不同生长时期收获,称量干重,以两者的干重差,计算根瘤固氮量占植株全氮量的百分比。结果见表4。
