目的 :比较包衣锅和半自动包衣造粒机制备微丸的方法。方法 :对分别采用包衣锅和半自动包衣造粒机制备复方氨酚烷胺胶囊微丸的方法及微丸的部分指标进行比较。结果 :半自动包衣造粒机制备的微丸堆密度大、休止角小、填充装量差异小 ,制备微丸的整个过程符合GMP要求。结论 :用半自动包衣造粒机制备微丸应予推广。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the preparation of pellets by a coating pan and semi-automatic coating granulator. Methods: The method of preparing compound paracetamol capsule pellets by using the coating pan and semi-automatic coating granulator respectively and the comparison of some indexes of the pellets. Results: The pellets prepared by semi-automatic coating granulator had the advantages of large bulk density, small angle of repose and little difference in filling capacity. The whole process of preparing pellets complied with GMP requirements. Conclusion: Pellets prepared by semi-automatic coating granulator should be popularized.
