大冶铁矿尖林山矿体为隐伏矿体,采用无底柱分段崩落法开采。根据尖林山采场地质状况,用ABAQUS对3种开采方案进行了数值模拟,通过比较开采过程中应力、位移的变化,得出遵循由上到下、由里及外间隔开采的顺序时,可以较好的控制巷道应力集中,且监测区域底板的最大底鼓量为15.8mm,与实际工程相同区域监测到的最大底鼓量15.2 mm较为接近,该结论为矿山的安全生产提供理论依据。
The Xiaoyin Mountain ore body of Daye Iron Mine is a concealed orebody, and is mined by the subsidence-free caving method. According to the geological conditions of the mining area in Jianlin Mountain, three kinds of mining schemes are simulated by ABAQUS. By comparing the changes of stress and displacement in the mining process, it can be concluded that when the order of mining from top to bottom, inner and outer intervals is followed, The stress concentration in the roadway is better controlled. The maximum floor drum volume of the floor in the monitoring area is 15.8mm, which is close to the maximum floor drum volume 15.2mm measured in the same area of the actual project. This conclusion provides a theoretical basis for mine safety production.
