本文介绍了中间包钢水感应加热、等离子加热和电渣加热等钢水控温技术。采用中间包加热技术后,可将钢水温度变化控制在±5℃以内,对提高产品质量和稳定操作过程起到了非常明显的作用。
This paper introduces induction heating of molten steel in tundish, plasma heating and electroslag heating and other molten steel temperature control technology. Tundish heating technology, the molten steel temperature can be controlled within ± 5 ℃, to improve product quality and stable operation has played a very significant role.
