1989年12月～1991年4月,我们对31例原发性开角青光眼施行氩激光小梁成形术(ALT),随访3～18个月,效果满意。1.一般资料:共31例,52只原发性开角青光眼。其中男19例,女12例;平均年龄为59.9±13.3岁。ALT前尽管给予最大量的药物治疗,仍发生进行性视神经和视野损害,或眼内压升高。本组患者在进行ALT治疗前均作眼科全面检查。压平眼压计测量在ALT治疗前3周内取3种不同时间测量,取其平
From December 1989 to April 1991, we performed argon laser trabeculoplasty (ALT) in 31 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma. The follow-up was from 3 to 18 months with satisfactory results. 1. General Information: A total of 31 cases, 52 primary open-angle glaucoma. There were 19 males and 12 females with an average age of 59.9 ± 13.3 years. Progressive optic nerve and visual field damage, or elevated intraocular pressure, occurs despite the maximum amount of medication given prior to ALT.
