纤维结合蛋白(简称FN)是一种存在于血浆和细胞表面的高分子糖蛋白,是细胞与细胞、细胞与基质粘附的重要因子。近年来国内报导采用自体或直系亲属的血浆提取FN 治疗角膜上皮疾病。我们用同种异体人血浆FN 滴眼液治疗角膜上皮疾病33例,45只眼,疗效显著。一般资料:使用FN 治疗组共33例,45只眼,男22例,女11例,年龄最小4岁。最大59岁,平均32岁。对照组共11例,11只眼,男8例,女3例,年龄最小13岁,最大30岁平均27岁。FN 滴眼液由大连市中心血站供给。配制方法:将血浆于37℃水浴快速溶解冷沉淀,按无菌技术在
