随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,人事制度改革进一步深化,毕业生分配由国家一包到底,转向自主择业,昔日的骄子,如今成了一种“商品”被推向市场。用人单位对中专生的需求越来越显现出多样性、多变性和要求高的特点,加大了中专毕业生就业难度。毕业生分配就业工作是学校的重要事务之一,它直接影响学校的办学和发展。如何提高毕业生就业竞争能力?是一个至关重要的问题,应引起我们高度重视。我校主要采取如下措施:
With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economic system, the reform of the personnel system has been further deepened. Graduates have been assigned a package by the state in the end and turned to independent employment. The pride of the past has now become a kind of “commodity” which is pushed to the market. The demand for secondary school students by employing units is showing more and more characteristics of diversity, variability and high demand, increasing the employment difficulty of secondary school graduates. Graduates assigned to employment is one of the important affairs of the school, which directly affects the school running and development. How to improve the employment competitiveness of graduates?
