蔡畅、邓颖超等30名女红军跟随中央红军踏上长征路。一路上,红军征服雪山草地,战胜敌人的围追堵截,走完了二万五千里长征。而作为女战士的她们,更是克服种种困难和不便,凭借着坚定的信念、严明的纪律,最终有24人胜利到达陕北1934年10月,第五次反“围剿”失利,中央红军(后改称红一方面军)被迫进行战略转移。既然是战略转移,就不可能把所有人都带走。对于女红军参加长征,要求则更为严格,最终只有蔡畅、邓颖超、康克清、贺子珍、刘英等30名女红军通过了严格筛选,踏上了漫漫征程。一路上,这30名女红军同整个红军部队一样,时刻坚守党的纪律和行军纪律。
