小学音乐教学工作的组织和方法一、教学大纲与教材的研究1、教学大纲的研究音乐教学大纲是教学工作的依据。音乐教师必须认真学习,深入钻研,全面掌握大纲规定的教学内容、教学体系;清楚地了解学生必须掌握的基础知识、基本技能,合理地安排教材的内容顺序;采取各种教学措施和方法,提高音乐教学质量。2、音乐教材的研究统编教材是《大纲》以各年级乐理知识的教学要求为主线进行安排的。曲目是根据学生的接受能力、作品的思想性与艺术性来选择的。教师对教材(歌曲、欣赏)的研究,必须做到:
