细辛用量历来有些争议,当代也议论不一,查有关古籍与20余年来有关中医报刊意见也很不一致。清代《石室秘录·完治法》治头痛细辛用量高至一两;《临证指南医案》细辛皆以分入药;《上海中医药杂志》1965年8月号刊载:“一例因头痛牙痛在80分钟内共服细辛五钱中毒,呼吸急迫,汗出,神志昏迷,经抢救而愈。”《河北中医》1984年第1期报道,细辛用量高至30克,其中部分患者产生,“心悸、恶心、呕吐,甚至出现心律紊乱”。《中
Asarum consumption has always been somewhat controversial, and contemporary debates have been mixed.
