本文以总番泻甙浸出率为指标,参照《中国药典》1985年版的方法,通过两种不同的浸出方法和浸出时间对番泻叶浸液进行含量测定。结果表明;番泻叶以沸水浸泡25min,其总番泻甙浸出率最高。
In this paper, the leaching rate of total senna was used as the index. According to the method of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (1985 edition), the senna leaf extract was determined by two different methods of leaching and leaching time. The results showed that Senna leaves were soaked in boiling water for 25 minutes and the total leaching rate was the highest.
