黄酮类化合物具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、降血脂等多种生物活性,其中最重要的生物活性是黄酮类化合物的抗氧化作用,主要表现为减少自由基的产生和清除自由基两个方面。有研究报道,黄酮类化合物的抗衰老、抗突变、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用都与其抗氧化活性有关。我们在前期的研究工作中发现藤茶总黄酮具有较强的体内外抗氧化作用,本文从藤茶中提取总黄酮(total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata,AGTF),并通过建立实验性大鼠高脂血症动物模型,观察藤茶黄酮预防性给药对高脂血症形成的影响,同时旨在研究藤茶黄酮预防性给药对脂质过氧化作用的影响,为进一步研究藤茶总黄酮的生物活性和综合开发利用藤茶资源提供部分实验依据。
Flavonoids have antioxidant, anti-aging, anti-tumor, hypolipidemic and other biological activities, the most important of which biological activity of flavonoids is the antioxidant effect, mainly to reduce the production of free radicals and scavenging free radicals two aspect. Some studies have reported that flavonoids anti-aging, anti-mutation, anti-atherosclerosis and other effects are related to its antioxidant activity. In our previous research, we found that the total flavonoids of Tengcha tea have a strong antioxidant activity both in vitro and in vivo. In this paper, we extracted total flavonoids from Ampelopsis grossedentata (AGTF) Animal model, to observe the preventive effects of vine tea flavonoids on the formation of hyperlipidemia, at the same time aims to study the preventive effects of canethrine flavonoids on lipid peroxidation, for further study of Teng Cha flavonoids Activity and comprehensive development and utilization of vine tea resources to provide some experimental basis.
