针对铁浴式熔融还原的浸入式侧吹技术,运用CFD软件Fluent6.3对熔融还原终还原炉内的流体流动进行了数值模拟计算,分析了不同侧枪枪位以及不同喷吹流量对熔融还原炉内流动状态以及喷溅的影响.计算结果表明,低枪位侧吹(284mm)油相中含气量大,搅拌范围大,气油界面和水油界面的波动剧烈.在相同的侧枪枪位下(284mm),随着流速增大,油层扰动变大,加速水油的混合,加剧了自由表面的喷溅.侵入式侧吹会引起熔池中流体的环流,这会引起炉墙的侵蚀.
Aiming at the immersion side blowing technology of iron bath fusion reduction, the CFD software Fluent6.3 was used to simulate the fluid flow in the reduction and reduction furnace.
