通过厦门杏林曾营海岸3个样地(未填高样地H0、填高0.5m样地H1和填高1.0m样地H2)人工种植海沧种源秋茄(Kandelia candel)140株、湖种源秋茄137株,移植集美凤林种源白骨壤(Avicennia marina)140株,在2a时间内对红树幼苗成活率和生长进行定期观测。研究结果表明:除H0样地白骨壤存活率为62.5%外,其他样地的秋茄和白骨壤存活率均在85%以上。H1和H2样地秋茄幼苗的叶片萌发数、现存叶片数均大大高出H0样地。总体来看,H1和H2样地秋茄幼苗长势良好,两种种源的秋茄幼苗未见显著差异。白骨壤幼苗的观测结果和秋茄有所不同,H1样地白骨壤幼苗的茎高和现存叶片数远远高于其他样地,在原有滩面上填高0.5m是厦门西海域海岸白骨壤生态恢复的较优条件。
A total of 140 Kandelia candel plants were planted in Haicang through three plots on the coast of Xinglin, Xiamen (H0, H0.5 and H1) A total of 137 Salvia miltiorrhiza were transplanted from 140 species of Avicennia marina in Jimei Fenglin Station. The survival rate and growth of mangrove seedlings were observed regularly in a time of 2a. The results showed that the survival rates of candel and avocado in other plots were over 85%, except that the H0 plots had a survival rate of 62.5%. The number of leaf germination and the number of leaves in H1 and H2 samples were significantly higher than those in H0 sample. In general, the seedlings of H. candel and H. solanacearum grew well in H1 and H2, and no significant differences were observed in the seedlings of K. candel between the two provenances. The observation results of Avicennia marina seedlings are different from that of the canola. The stem height and the number of existing leaves in the Avicennia marina H1 seedling are much higher than those in the other plots. The height of 0.5m above the original beach surface is the Avicennia marina ecology Restore the optimal conditions.
